Superb sunny weather for a walk on the Mamores ridge - a loop from Kinlochleven taking in 3 of the 10 Munros, fairly strenuous - first Stob Coire a'Chairn at 3,218' - leading to an exposed scramble onto An Gearanach (3,222') north of the main ridge - then a steep ascent to Am Bodach at 3,386'. Excellent views of Ben Nevis and the Aonachs, the Grey Corries, and the Glen Etive hills round to Glencoe and distant Schiehallion. Quite a few people out on the hills as the first fine day for several weeks after an unusually wet and windy May.
